BHUTTE KI KEES

Ingredients

  1. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
  2. Green coriander - 2-3 tbsp
  3. Mustard seeds - 1/2 tbsp
  4. Asafoetida - 1/2 pinch
  5. Ginger - 1-inch piece
  6. Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  7. Coconut - 2-3 tbsp
  8. Red chilli - 1/2 tbsp
  9. Salt - as per taste
  10. Cumin - 1/2 tbsp
  11. Sugar - 1/2 tbsp
  12. Green chilli - 3
  13. Ghee - 2 tbsp
  14. Milk - 1 cup
  15. Corn - 4

How to make bhutte ki kees? 

  1. First of all, grate the coconut ginger and keep them aside. Also, chop the chillies finely and keep them aside. 
  2. After chopping the chilli, put the corn kernels in a mixer and paste. P.S. You can also add the sweet corn after making the paste, heat ghee in a pan. 
  3. When the ghee becomes hot, add hing, cumin, mustard seeds, ginger, green chilli, turmeric powder and cook it for 1-2 minutes. After cooking for 2 minutes, add corn paste to it and leave it to cook for 4 to 5 minutes. 
  4. After 5 minutes, check once if it is cooked well or not. After this, add red chilli powder, milk, sugar and mix it well. After cooking for about 5 to 7 minutes, switch off the gas. Your tasty bhutte ki kees is ready to serve. 

KHOPRA PATTIES

Ingredients

  1. Green chilli - 2 finely chopped
  2. Coconut powder - 1/2 cup
  3. Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
  4. Salt - according to taste
  5. Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  6. Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  7. Potato - 2 boiled
  8. Cashew - 3 to 4
  9. Raisins - 2 tsp
  10. Oil - for frying

How to make khopra patties?

  1. First of all, mash potatoes with salt and keep them aside. On the other side, mix coconut powder, chilli powder, green coriander, chilli, lemon in another vessel and mix it with mashed potatoes.
  2. After mixing, make small round balls of potatoes and stuff cashew nuts and raisins in them. Make it in the shape of laddus; after cooking, heat oil in a pan.
  3. When the oil becomes hot, put the khopra patties in it and deep fry until golden. After frying, take it out on a plate and serve it with your favourite chutney.

MAWA JALEBI

Ingredients

  1. Oil - 2 cups (for frying)
  2. Saffron - 2 grains 
  3. Maida - 1/2 cup
  4. Sugar - 1/2 cup
  5. Milk - 1/2 cup
  6. Mawa - 1 cup

How to make mawa jalebi?

  1. Mix all-purpose flour in a vessel with water. After mixing, put the mawa in the mixer and make a paste. 
  2. After making mawa paste, take it out in a vessel and keep it aside. After about 10 to 15 minutes, add mawa paste to the prepared flour and mix it well. On the other hand, add sugar and water to make sugar syrup in a pan, boil it well and keep it aside.
  3. Now heat oil in another pan, make a small hole in the ziplock bag and put the jalebis by rotating them in a circle. Fry it till it becomes golden. 
  4. After frying, put it with sugar syrup and take it out after 1 to 2 minutes. Delicious mawa jalebi is ready to serve.
