Tips to make cauliflower tikka masala in the pressure cooker

  • After adding tomatoes, never mix the sauce. Just add water and close the lid to let the oil separate from the gravy.
  • You can even use the hand blender to smoothen the tikka gravy to get that creamy consistency.
  • Roast the cauliflowers before adding them to the tikka gravy to get its distinct flavour.
  • Only cook a little once you add the cauliflower florets to the tikka gravy, which will spoil the flavour.

Cauliflower tikka masala in a pressure cooker is a simple version of the classic recipe without compromising the flavours. You can easily double or triple the recipe just by increasing the quantity of the ingredients. It goes well with rotis, rice, nan, or even to eat it as it is.
