Actress Katrina Kaif sure made us all go ‘awww’ with her mushy romantic post for Vicky Kaushal on the occasion of Valentine’s Day, but that does not mean she does not have time for her gal pals now. When her Pilates instructor Yasmin Karachiwala sent her a portion of Almond and Berry Galette, the actress was quick to take to Instagram to capture the gesture. In a super close-up video of the Galette, we see a bunch of juicy raspberries placed neatly over a crust made of almond flour. “Thank you Yasmin Karachiwala my everyday Galentine”, Katrina captioned the Instagram story, she posted on Monday.

Prior to that, Yasmin had revealed the complete recipe of the Galette, in one of her Instagram posts. From her post, we learned that the crust of the galette is made with healthy almond flour, tapioca flour, salt, coconut sugar, unsalted dairy-free butter, water, and apple cider vinegar. If you are cutting back on Maida, but do not know what to do with your sugar cravings, maybe you can follow this recipe by Yasmin. The filling of the Galette comprised dark chocolate hazelnut spread and berries.

Even though Katrina Kaif is one of the fittest actors of tinsel town today, the actor has never shied away from flaunting her foodie side. In a Koffee With Karan episode she shot with Anushka Sharma, she also admitted to eating one whole pizza by herself. Impressive right? But the 39-year-old also knows how to strike a balance between her cravings and calorie requirements. In this photo posted by the actor in September last year, we caught the glimpse of Katrina Kaif’s breakfast in Vienna, Austria, which by the way comprised various kinds of fruits, from sliced avocados, raspberries, blackberries, papaya, blueberries and more. Looks like Katrina really likes her berries, doesn’t she?

She also has a bit of a penchant for cooking, it seems. Remember how the Halwa she prepared at the Kaushal household as part of the ‘Chulha Chadhana’ ceremony, was called the ‘best halwa ever’ by husband Vicky Kaushal? And in this post by the actor, we can see Isabelle Kaif and Katrina Kaif, trying to flip a really thin pancake or cheela correctly.
