Karisma Kapoor’s Idea Of A Balanced Meal Are Giving Us Major Cravings

Everyone has a different idea of a balanced meal. Where for one it could be all about having all nutrients in one bowl, for someone else it could be a little bit sweet and some savoury, but for actor Karisma Kapoor a balanced meal is something entirely different. Ask how? Well, the diva is one actor who is as much of a fitness enthusiast as much of a foodie. And we must say, she balances her diet pretty well. While on the one hand you can find the actor noshing up on refreshing salads and all things green, on the other she is in a dessert dilemma of choosing which pastry to indulge in. The actor often takes to Instagram to share her glimpses of her indulgences and we are left drooling most of the time. Just recently Karisma was on a vacation with her sister, actress Kareena Kapoor in the Maldives. And among other beautiful snaps of the fun times, Karisma shared a picture of her drool-worthy breakfast. How are we supposed to not crave? 

In her latest Instagram stories, Karisma is back with her food diaries and this time she has shared a rather ‘balanced meal’ she was having. Karisma has not one but two plates with her, while one was full of berry goodness like raspberries, strawberries and blackberries, the other had slices of bacon. “It’s called balance” Karisma wrote on her picture. Well, the balance indeed looks delicious! Don’t you think? Both Kareena and Karisma Kapoor are major foodies and their posts on social media speak volumes about it. So, if Karisma was in a dessert dilemma, just a couple of days back, Kareena took to Instagram to share a video of her enjoying Biryani in her Vanity van. The actress was accompanied by her team, all of them were seen taking a generous helping of the chicken biryani from one huge casserole that was kept at the center of the table. “I have missed this Biryani”, fellow foodie and her sister, actor Karisma Kapoor wrote in the comments. If biryani wasn't enough, just the next day Kareena got moong dal halwa for everyone.
