She posted a picture of a bowl of freshly cut strawberries on her Instagram stories, and they looked delicious. On the picture, she wrote, "Getting ready for ma workout" and added a sticker that read, "Delicious." Did you know that strawberries are replete with nutrients? Since they are low in calories, they are a perfect pre-workout snack. In addition to this, they are packed with vitamins and minerals that are considered good for heart and brain health.
Being a great source of potassium and fibre, strawberries are good for managing type 2 diabetes because they help regulate blood sugar levels. You can have strawberries as they are or add them to your breakfast oats. You can also top them on your French toast or pancakes and add them to custard, pies, and puddings too.
