Mango season is on, and you must be ready to prepare recipes from mangoes. Some are busy making ripe mango recipes, while others prepare raw mangoes. However, most people make chutney or pickle from raw mangoes. But today, we will tell you some different and delicious recipes that you can easily make at home in very little time. Raw mango kadhi

Ingredients:

  1. Turmeric powder- 1/2 teaspoon
  2. Green chili-2 finely chopped
  3. Curry leaves-2 teaspoon
  4. Turmeric- 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Gram flour-400 grams
  6. Cumin-1/2 teaspoon
  7. Asafoetida- a pinch
  8. Salt - as per taste
  9. Raw mango-1
  10. Red chilli-2
  11. Oil-1 tsp

Method:

  1. First of all, peel the raw mango, take out its pulp, cut it finely, and keep it aside.     
  2. Heat oil in a pan while adding cumin seeds and green chillies. 
  3. After tempering, put mango pulp in this pan and leave it to cook for some time.
  4. Add gram flour, salt, red chilli and cook it after adding water.
  5. Heat cumin, asafoetida, curry leaves with oil in a vessel, add the tempering to the cooking kadhi, and turn off the gas.
  6. Delicious raw mango kadhi is ready to serve.

Raw mango sabzi

  1. Raw mango - 1 cup chopped
  2. Vegetable masala - 1/2 tsp
  3. Garlic-ginger paste - 1 tsp
  4. Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
  5. Salt - according to taste
  6. Coriander leaves - 2 tsp
  7. Onion-2 finely chopped
  8. Mustard - 1/2 tsp
  9. Curry leaves-8 
  10. Red chili-4

Method:

  1. First of all, put mango pieces in a vessel, boil them for some time, and take them out.    
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add red chilli, mustard seeds, salt, onion, and cook until golden.
  3. After golden brown, put all the other spices in the pan, add coconut, and cook for some time.
  4. Add boiled mango pieces, water, and after cooking for about 5 minutes, turn off the gas.
  5. Now put coriander leaves on top and serve it to eat after some time.

Raw mango raita

Ingredients:

  1. Red chilli powder- 1/2 teaspoon
  2. Cumin powder- 1/2 teaspoon
  3. Curry leaves-2 teaspoon
  4. Salt-according to taste
  5. Asafoetida- a pinch
  6. Mustard-1 /2 tsp
  7. Oil-1 teaspoon 
  8. Raw mango-1
  9. Curd-2 cup

Method: 

  1. First, put curd, salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder in a vessel and mix well.
  2. Peel the raw mango, grate it, and mix it with the prepared curd mixture.
  3. After this, prepare a tempering of mustard, curry leaves, asafetida with oil in a vessel and add the tempering to the mixture.
  4. After this, add salt to this raita and mix it well. Finally, raw mango raita is ready.
