"Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom" is on its way, and fans eagerly anticipate witnessing Jason Momoa's tough portrayal of the iconic superhero. The actor also reveals that it was the toughest and most interesting sequel for him to shoot. He is in the movie playing everything he wanted to in the previous movie. He is the husband of female lead Amber Heard and is a father, too.
The actors not only need to possess good acting skills but also undergo dedicated physical transformations to portray. Aquaman 2 is on the way; Jason Momoa recently opened up about the intense diet for the sequel, "Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom." Know about how he pulled off 40 40-pound suits and shredded his body like a pro!
Momoa's superhero transformation demands physical fitness and a disciplined approach to nutrition. According to recent interviews, he has revealed that his number one rule is not to follow any typical diet and starve himself for his body. He likes to sustain the energy and work it out as much as possible. He also emphasises that counting calories is something that he has never done before and will not be doing to maintain his character. It is so because as he works hard, he requires those calories, and it is not safe to cut those from health pov.

The actor humorously added, "I just shovel it in," giving insight into the food he consumed to fuel his demanding workouts. The diet has macronutrients, including a substantial intake of proteins, complex carbohydrates, and healthy fats.
The superhero also suggests that it is not safe to maintain any kind of diet in between workouts but actually eat rigorously to stay healthy. It is so because the amount of work Momoa has been doing in sets even before the shooting starts is quite demanding. The star has to cope with the 40-pound costume that he needs to wear with makeup for 6 hours before the shooting starts, making it extremely hard to move around and shoot for the entire day. The star added to his statement saying no matter what he does, the pressure on his knees is tremendous, and they need to be safe at any cost. For him, health comes first instead of vanity.
Lean meats, fish, eggs, plant-based proteins, whole grains, fruits, and vegetables. Avocados, nuts, and olive oil are examples of nutrient-dense sources that not only support overall health but also contribute to sustained endurance – a crucial factor for a role that demands agility and strength. Momoa’s secret lies in heavy grinding and a balanced diet.
Momoa's journey serves as an inspiration perfectly. However, the shoot was challenging, and the physical requirements were pretty rough. The mantra to all challenges, "Work hard, eat hard, play hard, just do it." remains the same.
