International Women's Day: Pamper your lady with these mouth-smacking dishes

International Women's Day 2022: The goal of International Women's Day is to create a world where there is equality in gender for all, and awareness. Women on this day are celebrated for being themselves, for scurrying through life and the struggles that they face every day and for standing up for themselves when and ever the need arises. The United Nations declared the theme of this year's International Women's Day as - Gender equality today for a sustainable tomorrow.

This is the day when the women of the house are pampered to bits. We have prepared a few recipes that will help you to put a smile on your lady's face right in the morning. Let's start the day with Cinnamon and honey pancakes:

Ingredients:

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 large egg, lightly beaten

1 cup milk

2 tablespoons of Cinnamon Honey

Method:

Take flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, egg, milk and honey into a bowl and blend it together. Pour a portion of the mix into a lightly greased griddle. Cook both sides until the bubbles start to pop. Serve with butter and honey.

Desserts do not go to the stomach, they go straight to the heart. Pamper your lady with these Espresso ‘n’ Cream Brownies and watch her yelp with joy.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter

90gm unsweetened chocolate, chopped

2 eggs

1 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2/3 cup flour

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

Single Shot of Espresso

3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream

1 cup sugar powder

2 tablespoons butter, softened

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

1/3 cup heavy whipping cream

Method:

Melt butter and chocolate and cool it. Then beat eggs, sugar and vanilla together and add the chocolate mixture. Add flour and baking soda to the same mix. Bake the mix at 350° for 25-30 minutes. Then take a take shot of espresso in cream, add sugar and butter. Beat the mix and spread over the brownies and refrigerate overnight. Then in a saucepan, melt chips and cream together and spread over the filling. Wait until the glaze is set, and then serve.
