Most of us desire something nutrient dense after the weekend's excessive boozing. Though tempting, we don't want to start the next day with samosas, paranthas or instant noodles. So, if you've also made the decision to eat healthfully, why not give some oats a try? We know that not everyone enjoys oats. Many people may find their flavor unappealing. However, this does not imply that oats are always monotonous.

Oatmeal can indeed be considered a breakfast with advantages. Oatmeal is notably low in calories, so why not relish them in the most essential meal of the day - BREAKFAST! This kitchen essential is heart-healthy. This Instant Dosa with Oats is one such nutritious and delicious recipe for weight loss along with a lip smacking homemade tasteful peanut chutney. The accompaniment is prepared without oil. The overall gluten free and healthy meal is ready to go on your plates!

The term "oatmeal" can refer to food made from oats, oat groats, steel-cut oats or rolled oats. The term "rolled oats" refers to those which have been flattened by steaming. Although oats were grown in ancient China as early as 7000 B.C., the Greeks were the first to consume oatmeal in the form of the familiar porridge-style cereal.  The whole grain is gluten-free and has all the nutrients your body requires, including fiber, magnesium, phosphorus, copper, iron, zinc, and antioxidants. Because oats are high in fiber and keep you full and satisfied for a longer period of time, eating them for breakfast is considered to aid in weight loss.  As a reminder, January is National Oatmeal Month.
