Spring onion is rich in various nutrients like vitamin A, B6, C, and calcium. Plus, it is an excellent source of dietary fibre. All these nutrients do not just keep toxins away from your body, but also help to manage your weight, fight inflammation, reduce cholesterol, and also reduce the risk of heart issues. As spring onions have antioxidants in abundance, your skin and hair problems can also be tackled without any hassle.

We know you shy away from potatoes but the fact of the matter is that you really don’t have to, until you are eating them in moderation. They don’t just help you stay full, but also extend support in reducing sugar cravings. Diabetics can also eat them, but after proper consultation with their doctors.

Method:

Step 1: Take a pan and put it on medium flame. Once the pan is heated, add ghee, garlic cloves, and garlic.

Step 2: After a minute, add potatoes and sauté them. Once they are properly greased, add spring onions. Cover the pan and cook them for 2 to 3 minutes.

Step 3: Now add 250 to 300 ml water, and cover the pan again. Cook the veggies until the time they are properly cooked (especially potato).

Step 4: Keep the pan off the flame and transfer the veggies to a grinder. Form a smooth paste.

Step 5: Transfer the paste in the pan again, and put it on low flame.
