Hina Khan’s Fitness Mantra Is ‘Eat Bindaas And Work Hard’

‘Bold and beautiful’ is probably the best way to describe Hina Khan’s personality, but it is her foodie side that is not known to many. Those who follow her closely know that she is a hardcore foodie and cannot resist the sight of delicious treats. Be it at home or on a vacation, we’ve seen her eating tasty dishes time and again. This Diwali, Hina gorged on some yummy food, which was followed by a special workout.

Since the festive season was in full swing, many celebrities cheated on their diets and indulged in their favourite foods for once. Hina was one of them. The television and film actor gave a glimpse of all the delicacies from her festive meal in her latest Instagram story. She posted a picture of herself, all sweaty in her workout clothes and wrote, “Special workout for dum aloo, poorie, kachori, mithai”. This yummy Indian feast was her cheat meal during Diwali and we loved it.

However, she also gave a piece of advice to all her followers, saying, “Butttt mann ko mat maarna. Eat bindaas and work hard”. Seems like this is the fitness mantra the actor has been following and that’s why we see her all lean and fit despite eating all that she can. The 35-year-old diva is known for her fashion sense and fitness regime. She works out regularly but what makes her relatable is her love for food.

Be it in Egypt or Maldives, the actor constantly shares her daily nibbles with us on her stories. In fact, she is a very close to home kind of a person and enjoys regional food as much as foreign cuisines. During Navratri, we saw her digging into a special Ashtami lunch, which was all things Bengali. It consisted of luchi, aloo dum, and curd placed on a banana leaf and looked quite wholesome.
