Indian actor Hina Khan was recently diagnosed with stage three breast cancer and is currently undergoing treatment for it. This includes scans, chemotherapy, and many other things. Since the diagnosis, the actor has continued her work, exercise, and fitness routine. She is fighting the battle and every fan, friend, and family member is praying for her to emerge victorious.
On July 24, 2024, the actor took to Instagram stories to share a glimpse of her breakfast in the car. She mentioned that she had an early morning empty stomach scan due to which she had to consider eating the first meal of the day on wheels. Her caption read, “Post early morning, empty stomach scans… brekkie in the car.”
Here is everything that she savours to keep herself energised and provide optimum nutrition to her body.
Sweet Potatoes
Sweet potatoes are considered better alternatives to starchy potatoes. You must have seen many celebrities and celebrity nutritionists suggest them to be included in everyday diet. They offer much-needed energy to the body without fat. Among the many benefits of sweet potatoes include improving gut health and loading the body with antioxidants.
Vegetable is also considered a good addition to the diet for boosting immunity. While Hina Khan might have had boiled or roasted sweet potatoes, you can include them in your everyday routine by preparing tangy chaat, and fries, and baking them. They are quite versatile allowing you to don your chef’s hat and explore scrumptious dishes.
Tea
Hina Khan’s Instagram story proves that she is a chai lover. However, the actor does not prefer milk in her tea. It could be a cup of soothing and healthy herbal tea. During the monsoon, you can also indulge in different hot beverages, including ginger tea, chamomile tea, lavender tea, tulsi and mint tea, hibiscus tea, and more. These drinks are known to help the body build immunity and fight against ailments due to seasonal changes.

Date
In one of the lunch boxes was a date. The bigger version of raisins is considered healthy for consumption as it helps to improve the bowel system, prevents blood sugar spikes, and provides the body with essential nutrition. Not only does it strengthen bones but also has a positive impact on your skin.
Ladoo
Among many delights, Hina Khan also had a few homemade ladoo for breakfast. Instead of store-bought, you can make these sweet treats at home using wheat flour, chickpea flour, gond, boondi, puffed rice, and millet. You can also add crushed dry fruits and homemade ghee to amplify the nutrition quotient.
