The best vegan chocolate chip cookies are identical to traditional chocolate chip cookies in flavour and texture. With this simple recipe, you can make your own crispy, gooey vegan chocolate cookies. Vegan chocolate chip cookies are an alternative to regular chocolate chip cookies that do not contain eggs or dairy. Coconut oil, white and brown sugar, vegan chocolate chips, plant-based milk, applesauce, all-purpose flour, and baking soda are all ingredients in this recipe.

Various binding agents, such as baking powder, tapioca starch, and flax eggs, as well as different sugars, such as coconut sugar, unrefined cane sugar, or liquid sweeteners like molasses, can be used to make vegan cookies. Your cooked cookies can be kept in the refrigerator for up to a week after they have cooled down and are placed in an airtight container.

Here’s how you can make chocolate chip cookies:


 ⅔ cups refined coconut oil

 1 teaspoon baking powder

 2 teaspoons vanilla

 1½ cups vegan chocolate chips

 ½  teaspoon salt

 ⅔ cup organic granulated sugar

 ⅔ cup packed organic brown sugar

 ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

 1 teaspoon baking soda

 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour


 350°F oven temperature. Mix the coconut oil, brown sugar, and granulated sugar thoroughly in a large bowl. Stir in the almond milk and vanilla.

 Until the dough comes together, stir in the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Add chocolate chunks and continue to stir. Place tablespoons of the dough, 2 inches apart, on ungreased cookie sheets.

 Bake for 11 to 14 minutes, or until the tops appear firm and the edges are lightly golden. On cookie sheets, cool for one minute and transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely. store in an airtight container.
