  10. Beet puree - 1 cup

 How to make beet pakoras?

  1. First of all, mix gram flour and beetroot puree well.
  2. Now prepare a thick batter by adding light water, bread powder, and other ingredients.
  3. After this, add baking soda to this mixture and mix it well.
  4. Now put the oil in a pan for heating. As soon as the oil is hot, place the pakoras one by one in the pan and fry them well till they become crispy.
  5. Similarly, fry all the pakoras and serve them with your favourite chutney.

  1. Green coriander - 2 tsp
  2. Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  3. Asafoetida - a pinch
  4. Beet puree - 1 cup
  5. Salt - as per taste
  6. Oil - as needed
  7. Ajwain - 1/2 tsp
  8. Flour - 4 cups
  9. Ghee - 4 tsp

How to make beet puri?

  1. First of all, mix the flour, beetroot puree in a vessel and keep it for some time.
  2. After about 5-7 minutes, add other ingredients, water as required and knead the dough well.
  3. After this, add some ghee to this dough for the taste. It will make the puris tasty and crispy.
  4. Now make little balls of dough and roll them in the shape of puri.
  5. Now put the oil in a pan for heating and fry the poori well in this.
