Sauces are meant to increase the taste of any dish. This single name adds magic and plays as one of the strongest ingredients to any main dish. Sauces, dip, and chutneys are there to enhance the flavours and the aroma of the food and make it more appetising. They are liquid or semiliquid components which are served as a side ingredient with dishes or poured over any dish to make it look more appealing. They provide moisture to the dish and add contrast to texture and colour.

Here the recipe of a sauce called ‘Tarragon Sauce’ is shared below which could be perfectly served with grilled chicken pieces. The creaminess of the sauce adds moisture to the tender meat making it juicier, and the aroma of Tarragon leaves makes the dish scrumptious.

It adds a fresh and spring taste and also uplifts any dish by adding elegance to a variety of dishes like sauces, salads, dressings, and fish and chicken recipes.
