  • 70 gm soft salted butter
  • 85 gm all-purpose flour/maida
  • 8 gm icing sugar
  • 50 gm cheese (2 cubes of cheese will go)
  • 13 gm milk powder
  • 13 gm corn flour
  • 5 to 10 gm milk (only if it is required)


  • Take a bowl and add soft salted butter to it
  • Add sugar and beat the mixture
  • Then add grated cheese and all-purpose flour to the bowl
  • Add milk powder and corn flour
  • Combine to form a soft dough out of it
  • Freeze the dough for at least an hour
  • After an hour, place the dough on a parchment paper 
  • Roll the dough and cut it into any shape you like
  • Top it with grated cheese and sprinkle some chili flakes
  • Bake at 160 C for 15 minutes or until they turn golden brown
  • Take it out and serve
