Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Whole Button Mushrooms, cleaned and stems trimmed
  • 4 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 2 tsp Garlic, minced 
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt, adjust to taste
  • A Pinch of Black Pepper, freshly crushed 
  • cooking spray
  • 2 tbsp Parsley/thyme, fresh and chopped

Method:

  • Set the oven's temperature to 425 F. Spray cooking spray onto a sheet pan.
  • Place the mushrooms on the sheet pan in a single layer.
  • Butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, olive oil, salt, and pepper should all be combined in a small bowl.
  • Over the mushrooms, drizzle the butter mixture. Evenly coat by tossing.
  • Cook the mushrooms in the skillet in the oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring once halfway through the cooking period, or until they are soft.
  • Add some fresh herbs, then serve right away.
