  1. Start by grating the carrots, chopping the onions, ginger, green chillies, and coriander leaves, and setting these ingredients aside before making the breakfast meal. Now take a sizable bowl and fill it with the wheat flour, salt, water, grated carrots, finely chopped onions, ginger, green peppers, and coriander leaves. Stir it thoroughly, then knead it into a dough. Check to see whether the dough is not very sticky.
  2. Make small, round balls out of the dough by dividing it into sections. Use a rolling pin to flatten each of these balls into a circular disc. In the meantime, add ghee to a nonstick pan and heat it over medium flame. Place a paratha on the ghee after it is hot enough. Cook the lower side first, then brush oil on the top. When it begins to rise, turn it over and thoroughly cook the other side. Make certain that the food is crispy and browned on both sides.
  3. Do this for each paratha that has been rolled out. After they are finished, place them on a dish and serve them hot with curd or pickles.
