We need your undivided attention because we have a popular fizzy Indian drink that you're going to absolutely love slurping on. Fuljar soda is one of the most loved mocktails that emerged all the way from our very own land of spices, Kerala. This drink has been given such a peculiar name because it pops right up, almost similar to a lava erupting from a volcano. Fuljar soda saw its popularity about two years ago and ever since then it has been spread all over the country, gaining twice the popularity and fame. However, no one knows who created this and how it was invented in Kerala but it's surely worth trying. To create a Fuljar soda at home is quite easy as this drink is merely blended using ingredients like freshly chopped mint and coriander leaves that is spiced up with ginger and minced green chillies, which is ultimately put together with a heavy dash of soda. What makes this stunning mocktail extra special is that it's a mix of both sweet and spice. This refreshing well-balanced drink is supposed to be really fizzy because of a splash of soda poured over the sweet and sour mix.
