Break one egg on a plate and whisk it. On a separate plate place the breadcrumbs and on another plate place flour.

Now one piece at a time, dip the marinated chicken in the flour first coating it entirely with the flour. Then dip the flour-coated chicken in the beaten egg. And then the final dip of chicken pieces in the breadcrumbs.

Once the chicken pieces are coated, let them rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

To the curdled milk add an egg and mix it. Then add one tablespoon of oil and mix again. Now pour this liquid into the flour bowl in one go. Mix and form into a sticky dough.

Brush some oil over the waffle toaster and pour the batter. Take out when crisp and golden on both sides. Remove and keep aside.

Now, pour oil into a pan and place over medium heat. Now add the refrigerated chicken to the oil and deep fry them until they turn golden brown. Remove the excess oil and keep it aside.

Meanwhile, in a bowl add curd, chilli sauce, black pepper, and salt. Mix well to form a dressing.

Spread the dressing on the waffle, place the chicken piece, a few vegetables, dressing again, and close with the waffle. Serve!
