Just the most fundamental reason makes a coffee craver want to sip a cup of their favourite beverage. As the mercury drops, the coffee community finds just the perfect impetus to go and brew themselves a cup of magic. The treasured caffeine drink is very fluid in adapting to palates, weather, moods, and occasions. But coffee and the culture around it has always been a tad hiemal; on a wintry day, a hot cup can always bring a radiant smile to your face.

The warmth emanating from the cup doesn’t only provide relief from the cold but fills your soul with delight when you drink a demitasse of all that caffeine goodness. It has been proven that dopamine levels escalate in the brain when a caffeine kick hits you, which means your coffee can make you happy. Laziness and winters are often synonymous with each other. Increased metabolism is seen as the answer to lethargy, and your mug of coffee does precisely that; it increases your metabolism. So, if you are warm, energetic, and happy during this winter season, don’t forget to thank your coffee.

The coffee coterie doesn’t even need reasons to cheer themselves up with a brew, but it won’t hurt to know that their favourite drink is an elixir during this time of the year. So invite your coffeeholic companions and serve them these delectable coffee recipes shared by Bharat Sethi, Founder, Rage Coffee.
