Ingredients:

  • ½ cup macaroni (elbow)
  • 120 mL water or ½ cup water

Directions:

In a cup, mix water, salt and macaroni—microwave for around 2 to 3 minutes. Stir well while taking out. Now add cheese, milk, pepper, and salt. Blend and microwave again for thirty seconds. Your mac and cheese are ready to be gulped in a mug!

Mug Omelette

Ingredients: 

  • 2 eggs and olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red bell pepper (finely chopped), milk and cheddar cheese (grated)

  • 1 teaspoon green onions (finely chopped)
  • Salt as per taste with a pinch of black pepper 

Directions:

Coat cup with olive oil from within. Now add milk, break two eggs into the cup and mix well with a pitchfork. Now add bell pepper, green onions and grated cheese. Add pepper, salt and stir well. Now microwave for 25 seconds. Remove from the microwave and mix over. Now bake for another thirty seconds. Repeat the process if you see the egg is not cooked perfectly. Your mug omelette is ready. 

Mug Cake

Ingredients: 

  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil, sugar, milk and all-purpose flour
  • Sugar icing and vanilla extract
  • A scoop of vanilla ice cream 
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder 
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder 

Directions:

In a cup, mix/combine the sugar, flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder. Now add oil, vanilla and milk. To make the smooth mixture:

  1. Stir well with a fork.
  2. Cook for around 45 seconds.
  3. Sprinkle some sugar icing and top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
