These ladoos spell indulgence in every bite and can take away all your sorrows. Almost every single person can make besan ke ladoo but not everyone makes it perfectly. Right from roasting the besan properly to adding the right amount of sugar, the besan ka ladoo-making process needs much patience and attention. And why not, it deserves so.

Celebrity Chef Ranveer Brar has shared a recipe of besan ke ladoo on his Instagram account and believe me, every single bite of this ladoo spells magic. Wanna know the recipe? Preparation time: 5-10 minutes
Cooking time: 15-20 minutes
- 2 cups besan
- ½ cup ghee
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ cup Cashew nuts (chopped)
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- Silver varq
- Pistachios (sliced)
- In a kadai, add besan and, roast it for a small time to get rid of the smell.
- Add turmeric powder to get a better colour.
- Now, add ghee to besan, and roast it well.
- Add 1 tsp of ghee for roasting of cashew in the mixture, add chopped cashew
- Keep the mixture for cooling at room temperature.
- Now, add cardamom powder and powdered sugar in it and mix it well.
- Start shaping the ladoos.
- Once prepared, garnish with silver varq and serve.
