Delhi’s Street Food Vendor Dishes Out ‘Fruit Kachori’; Netizens Seem Displeased

Popularly savoured mostly in the parts of India, kachoris are made with a decadent filling that can either be sweet or savoury. Served with a chutney on the side, kachoris are a delicious and wholesome snack that everyone loves. Salivating already? As you can see, this street food vendor is making a sweet and savoury kachori chaat. He first adds a mashed matar kachori to a pattal, followed by green chutney and finally adding a fruit mixture over it to complete the dish. Although the chaat looks quite appetising, the taste will surely leave all the chaat lovers in splits. 

The video is uploaded by an Instagram food blogger @the_foodie_dad and has garnered around 2.5 million views and over 60k likes. The comments section is filled with reactions by disturbed foodies from around the country. Most netizens have complained that the dish has no kachori in it and tastes bad. While one user has commented, “Tauba tauba saara mood kharab kar dia🤮”, another said, “Bht bekar ekdum dry and too spicy 🤮🤢🤮”.
