Coconut Milk To The Rescue- Three Mocktails To Try

We all know how good coconuts are for our overall health; they keep our body cool in the summer heat. During the summer, many people flock to supermarkets and stores to purchase coconut water. But have you considered using coconut milk in your cocktails or mocktails? Coconut milk is a godsend when it comes to beating the heat. It keeps us hydrated and keeps us cool. And what’s better than making mocktails out of it? 

We’ve got these three amazing coconut milk mocktails for you to try this summer season and beat the heat in a delicious way:  

  

    Virgin Pina Colada Mocktail

Yes, we can't begin a list without discussing the Pina Colada cocktail. Although a Pina colada is typically an alcoholic beverage, it can also be enjoyed without alcohol. It not only looks nice, but it also tastes great and instantly transports you to an exotic beach. 

Ingredients needed:  

    Pineapple juice 

    Coconut cream(sweetened) 

    Coconut milk 

    Ice (lots of it)  

Method:  

Fill a blender halfway with pineapple juice and the rest of the ingredients. To thicken the mixture, add a lot of crushed ice and serve right away.

    Orange, Pineapple And Coconut Mocktail 

This mocktail is made out of two juices and coconut milk, as the name suggests. This combo tastes like nirvana, and you'll find yourself creating this drink on a regular basis. And the best part is that it is quite easy to assemble. 

Ingredients needed:  

    Orange juice 

    Pineapple juice 

    Coconut milk 

    Fresh fruit or mint leaves for garnish 

 Method: 

Combine orange juice and pineapple juice with coconut milk in a blender, then add ice and pour into a large glass. Fresh pineapple slices and mint leaves can be added as garnish. Chill before serving. This tropical cocktail is ideal for lazy days.

    Coconut Milk Mojito

By adding coconut milk to your plain old boring mojitos, you may give them a coconut twist. I guarantee you will never go back to normal mojitos again, and it is also quite simple to make. 

Ingredients needed:  

    Coconut milk 

    Lime juice 

    Sparkling water  

    Mint leaves for garnish 

Method:  

    Add lime juice and mint leaves to a glass and muddle it using the back of the spoon.  

    Add only ¼ cup of coconut milk to the glass with lots of ice cubes 

    Top it off with sparkling water and garnish with mint leaves. serve
