Amritsar is a city with a wealth of experiences to offer, from taking in the majesty of the Golden Temple or immersing themselves in the city’s past, but one standout for anyone who’d had the fortune to visit this magical city is the chance to try the many amazing food options. Amritsar is a haven for foodies and is especially well-known for its street food.

Nobody knows this as well as Chef Vikas Khanna. Amritsar-born and raised, he has had many years to explore the very best the city has to offer. Although he’s now internationally renowned and is based out of New York City, he’s still tied to his Amritsari roots and takes every possible opportunity to explore his old haunts.
