Celebrate Summer With Mocktails By Saurabh Aswani

Whether you are at a house party or a bar, drinks are served at all kinds of celebrations. Most people’s first preference is a cocktail, which is an alcoholic drink made by combining juices, fruits, and herbs. But if you are looking for non-alcoholic drinks to amp up your celebrations, mocktails are the best. These virgin cocktails are made with juices, sodas, fruits, and other non-alcoholic ingredients.

Often, people who don’t drink at a party might feel out of place, but refreshing mocktails let everyone raise a toast and relish the moment without booze. The popularity of these zero-proof beverages has been growing due to the increased creativity of bartenders, and it's also a way of reducing alcohol consumption. The Virgin Margarita, Shirly Temple, and gin-free G&T are some classic mocktails that are enjoyed across the world.

If you are also looking for some creative and refreshing mocktails for summer celebrations, here are three recipes shared by Mr Saurabh Aswani, Food & Beverage Director, Ganga Kinare, Rishikesh:
