Amore is the Italian word for Love, which is a deep coloured berry within your heart with tenderness of litchi, and puts a sweet delicate taste of guava with a pleasant aroma on your palate with floral notes of Elderflower.
Ingredients-
• Fresh Raspberry puree -30ml
• Litchi juice -45ml
• Gauva juice -45ml
• Elderflower syrup -10ml
• Lime juice -5ml
Method-
• Shake all the ingredients together with ice
• Single strain serve in a coupe glass with fresh Raspberry and mint spring for garnish.
