1. 6 slices bread slices

2. 1 medium capsicum (green pepper)

3. 1 small carrot

4. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

5. 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes

6. 2 cheese cubes

Method

1. In a pan, heat 1 tbsp of oil. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. For one minute, sauté.

2. Add the finely diced carrot, pepper, and corn at this time. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

3. Now, season with salt to taste, oregano, and red pepper flakes. For one minute, sauté.

4. Pizza sauce and grated cheese should be added last. After one minute of sautéing, extinguish the flame. The filling batter is prepared.

5. Trim the edges of a slice of bread. The bread can be flattened with a rolling pin. Spread out the bread with 1-2 tbsp of filling.
