Bouillon Powder: An Instant Stock For Your Meal

Bouillon is frequently used as the foundation for a variety of cuisines and can even be consumed on its own. Ingredients: 

1/2 cup nutritional yeast 

1/2 tbsp fine grain sea salt 

3 tbsp dried minced onion or 1 tbsp onion powder 

1/2 tsp ground turmeric 

3/4 tsp dried oregano 

3/4 tsp dried thyme 

1 tbsp garlic powder 

1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper 

2 tbsp coconut milk powder (optional) 

Method: In a blender, combine all the ingredients. For about a minute, pulse until everything is powdery and finely pulverised.For up to a few months, transfer to a jar and store in a cool, dark location. In place of one bouillon cube, use 1 tablespoon of bouillon powder. 

The long shelf life of bouillon is typically one of its main advantages. The one from the supermarket can be conveniently kept in a store-bought container and used for approximately two years. The homemade product can, however, be frozen in a frozen form, such as ice cubes. Even yet, it has a significant amount of protein and relatively little salt.
