Add some wheat flour, a dash of sugar, salt, chopped green chillies, pounded ginger, cumin seeds and some rice flour for crispiness. Add water to the bowl and mix till there are no lumps left in the batter. adjust the consistency of the batter by adding water to it and making it smooth. Grease a hot pan with some oil and ghee and pour a ladle of the batter. Give it the shape of dosa and cook to perfection.
