  • 0.67 Ripe Bananas
  • 0.67 tablespoon Jaggery
  • 0.08 teaspoon Cardamom Powder

  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, mash ripe bananas and add ragi flour, rice flour, jaggery, and cardamom powder.
  • STEP 2.Add water gradually and mix well to form a smooth batter. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Heat a non-stick pan or dosa tawa and pour a ladleful of batter. Spread it in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
  • STEP 4.Drizzle some oil around the edges and cook on medium heat until the dosa turns golden brown.
  • STEP 5.Flip the dosa and cook for a minute on the other side. Remove from the pan and repeat the process with the remaining batter.
