  • 1 tbsp butter 
  • 1 tbsp oil 
  • 1 chopped onion 
  • 1 green chili 
  • 1 cup mushroom 
  • Handful of curry leaves 
  • 3 to 4 cloves garlic 
  • ½ tsp dark soy sauce 
  • Salt to taste 
  • Freshly crushed black pepper as required 
  • 1 tsp lemon juice 
  • Some sesame seeds for garnish 


  • Take a pan and add oil 
  • Add butter and add curry leaves 
  • Then add chopped onions, and green chili and sauté it for sometime 
  • Now add mushrooms to the pan and let it cook for sometime 
  • Add chopped garlic and dark soy sauce 
  • Season the dish with salt  
  • Sprinkle crushed black pepper 
  • Squash lemon juice on the top and sprinkle sesame seeds 
  • Serve
