Ash Gourd Juice

Ingredients

  • 350 gm ash gourd
  • ½ lemon
  • Pinch of black salt
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 4 sprigs of mint

Method

  • Take ash gourds and wash them properly. Then, peel them and remove their seeds.
  • Also, peel off the yellow skin and cut it into pieces.
  • Take a blender and add ash gourd pieces, lemon, and mint.
  • Also, add water and blend. 
  • Strain into a jug and add black salt and black pepper.
  • Pour into the glass and serve!
