For Making Banana Puree

     4 bananas ripe or overripe

½ cup raw sugar or brown sugar

    ½ cup sunflower oil

    ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder

2 to 3 pinches grated nutmeg

    ½ teaspoon vanilla powder

Other Ingredients

    1.5 cups whole wheat flour

    1.5 teaspoon baking powder

    ½ teaspoon baking soda

    1 pinch salt – optional

1 to 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds – optional

Instructions to make Banana Bread:

For 20 minutes, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit)

Oil should be used to grease a rectangle cake pan or a bread loaf pan, You can use a round cake pan or a rectangular cake pan

Making Banana puree

Put sugar and banana slices in a mixing dish

Use a vegetable masher to thoroughly mash the bananas, or use a hand blender or conventional blender to purée them

The banana has been given the oil, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg powder

With the aid of a wired whisk or spatula, completely combine the oil and banana puree

In the dish containing the mashed bananas, sieve the whole wheat flour along with the salt, baking soda, and baking powder

Then combine the dry components with the wet ones. Never mix. Make sure to use the right cut and folding method to ensure even mixing of all the ingredients

As you want the entire bread dough to be one and blended uniformly, this folding stage is crucial

Be careful not to overwork the batter because doing so may cause gluten strands to form, which will give the bread a doughy feel. The batter should appear thick and not stringy or flat

If the mixture appears overly thick or dry, add between 1/4 and 1/3 cup of water or your favourite nut milk and gently fold the batter once more

Add the sunflower seeds last, then fold one more

Fill the loaf pan with the bread mixture

Banana bread baking

Bake the bread for 30 to 40 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit), or until a toothpick or bamboo skewer put into the bread comes out clean

Each oven has a different time, the bread may take less or more time than stated below, depending on the temperature in your oven and the size of your pan

Therefore, accept your call and pay attention to the bread

Open the oven, though, only when the bread is 3/4 done

A toothpick should emerge clean from the bread when inserted as the standard

To cool, set the loaf pan on a wire rack

Gently remove the banana bread from the pan once it has cooled

Slice the banana bread and serve it

The remaining banana loaf can be refrigerated in a box or wrapped with cling film. The banana bread can be warmed up before serving.
