Lair, Delhi

Soka, Benagaluru

Soak secured 28th position on the list of Asia’s Top 50 Bars, and Mixologist Avinash Kapoli and Chef Sombir Choudhar are behind its success and inception. Spanning over 500 sq ft, it is known for its earthy decor and flickering wall lamps. The bar menu is story-centric, which is why the cocktails instantly grab your attention and every sip is like a page turned in a book. Whether you want to try rum, gin, or whisky, everyone’s first choice, this is where you should be.

Boilermaker, Goa

Can you imagine a bar menu featuring Goa’s first scotch, draught ales, craft beers, and more? Surprised? Well! That’s what you get at Boilermaker in Goa, and it is probably the reason why it secured the 30th position on the list. Founded by Nakul Bhonsle and Pankaj Balachandran, this should be your must-visit spot on the itinerary. The restaurant and bar are not only for alcohol enthusiasts but also for foodies.

ZLB23, Bengaluru

ZLB23 is Bengaluru’s best spot for drinking and fine dining. Located on the premises of The Leela Palace Bengaluru, this place is known for its innovative cocktails that helped it secure the 31st position among Asia’s Top 50 Bars. Their collection includes limited editions and hard-to-find whiskies and spirits around the world.

Bar Spirit Forward, Bengaluru

In the 37th spot is Bar Spirit Forward in Bengaluru, known for its one-of-a-kind cocktails. Helmed by industry veterans like Arijit Bose, the space boasts lounge vibes. Imagine relaxing in a leather chair while sipping rejuvenating alcoholic drinks or a rare spirit that only a few in the world have the privilege to taste. To complement the complex notes of cocktails is the pan-Indian and multi-cuisine menu.
