Apple-Oats Smoothie 

Total Time-5 minutes 



  • 3 tbsp instant oats 
  • 4 dates 
  • 1 cup of milk 
  • 1 apple


  • Firstly, add oats, dates, apple (peeled & sliced) and milk (boiled & cooled) in a bowl. Cover the bowl and allow it to soak for 5 to 10 minutes. 
  • Add this mixture into a blender and blend it to a fine paste. Transfer this blended mixture to a glass jar. 
  • Garnish with some chopped cubes of apple and your smoothie is ready to enjoy. 

Apple-Strawberry Smoothie 

Total Time-10 minutes 



  • 2 apples  
  • 1 bowl curd  
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (soaked for 15 minutes) 
  • 3/4 ice cubes


  • Firstly, take apples, peel them, and chop them into pieces. 
  • Secondly, add chopped apples, curd, chia seeds, and ice cubes in a blender. 
  • Blend well and your apple curd smoothie is ready. 
  • Served it chilled in a glass.
