Bengaluru
From Bengaluru, The Rameshwaram Cafe was a part of the pre-wedding European cruise. It served authentic South Indian delicacies like dosa, idli, and more. Lavonne is a pastry school that offers a certificate under the 6-week Bakers Program. Needless to say, their team was responsible for putting their best foot forward to feed the most delicate pastries and baked goods to guests. The third restaurant from Bengaluru was Chinita which is known for bringing real Mexican flavours to the table.
New Delhi

It is counted among the best fine-dining restaurants in the country and has received many awards and accolades for showcasing inventive Indian cuisine by bringing dishes to the table that flaunt ‘traditions of India with global ingredients and techniques’.
Mumbai

Bombay Sweet Shop is popular across India for serving the best traditional Indian sweets. From malai peda to ladoo, they served heavenly delights at the Ambani wedding. Since the main wedding event was organised in Mumbai, many restaurants like Sivako, Dum Pukht, Amadeo by Oberoi, Cafe Mysore, Coppetto Artisan Gelato, Hurrem’s, and Shree Gangour Sweets also served up a feast at the wedding celebrations.
Ahmedabad

The unlimited flavours of frozen dessert in the shop will leave you confused but each bite of the delectable dessert will leave you asking for more. Indore might be the street food capital of India but its sweet shops are a must-visit to taste the traditional flavours of India. Their USP dishes of JMB Sweets include poha jalebi, kesar jalebi, and dal kachori. They also sell shawarma, quesadillas, crispy corn, South Indian dishes, and classic Indian paneer curries. Their food is finger-licking good.
Kolkata
Representing Kolkata at the wedding of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant was Gokul Gourmet. They are popular for making artisanal sweets and curating one-of-a-kind wedding hampers. Apart from sweets, the shop also caters to the requests for street food items like matar kachori, khasta kachori, aloo samosa, hot dog rolls, and idli dhokla.
Varanasi

When Nita Ambani was in Varanasi to visit the revered Kashi Vishwanath Temple, she also relished chaat at Kashi Chaat Bhandar. But this was not the only restaurant that represented the holy city of Uttar Pradesh. Ksheer Sagar and Ramchandra Chaurasia Tambul Bhandar also put up their stall at the Ambani wedding.
Goa’s Cavatina by Avinash Martins and Sivako were responsible for the gastronomic journey on which the guests at the Ambani wedding embarked on. While Cavatina is known for a unique and one-of-a-kind dining experience, Sivako is a renowned bakery where gastronomes can get their hands on delicious patisseries.
