Haldi 

Haldi or turmeric is a cure for so many illnesses. Considered an efficient remedy in Ayurveda, Haldi is used by Indians since time immemorial. Because of its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, haldi can heal wounds but did you know that it can be beneficial for gut health too? Haldi is rich in antioxidants and can support gut health. 

Jeera
