Akash Muralidharan’s MasterChef journey is both amazing and motivational. His love of cooking started in his family's home, where many recipes were passed down through generations. Akash has a background in architecture, but he followed his love for food and got a master's degree in food design and innovation in Milan. Inspired by his grandmother's cookbooks, a 100-day cooking challenge on Instagram made him want to bring forgotten veggies back to life.
