Mayonnaise Pasta
Ingredients:
- Green vegetables - 1 cup chopped
- Green chilli - 2 finely chopped
- Salt - according to taste
- Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup
- Onion - 1/2 chopped
- Oregano - 1/2 tsp
- Cheese - 1 tsp
- Garlic bud - 2
- Pasta - 1 cup
- Oil - 1/2 cup
Method:
- First of all, put water, pasta and salt in a vessel. Then, boil the pasta well and take it out.
- Heat oil in a pan, add green chillies, green vegetables and cook.
- After the spices are cooked, put mayonnaise and pasta in the pan and cook for about 4 minutes.
- After five minutes, put oregano, cheese, cook on medium flame and turn off the gas.
- Now serve the mayonnaise pasta hot.
Mayonnaise Aloo Paratha
Ingredients:
- Green chilli - 2 finely chopped
- Asafoetida powder - a pinch
- Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - according to taste
- Coriander leaves - 2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup
- Potato - 3 boiled
- Flour - 4 cups
Method:
- First, add flour with a bit of salt and knead the dough with water.
- Take a vessel put boiled potatoes with other ingredients, and mix them well.
- Place the mayonnaise, prepared potato mixture, and roll it comfortably like a roti in the dough.
- After this, heat oil in a pan, put the roti, and fry well until it becomes golden.
- Now take it out on a plate and serve it with sabzi or chutney.
Mayonnaise Cheese Omelette
Ingredients:
- Coriander leaves-2 teaspoon
- Green chili-2 finely chopped
- Black pepper-1/2 teaspoon
- Mayonnaise-2 teaspoon
- Salt-according to taste
- Cabbage-1/3 cup
- Onion-1 chopped
- Eggs-4
Method:
- First of all, add cabbage, onion, green chilli, black pepper, salt and mix it well.
- In a vessel, break the egg and beat it well.
- Now put cheese in a pan, heat it, add the beaten egg, and cook it for one to two minutes.
- After two minutes, pour the vegetable mixture over the egg and cook it well by turning it upside down.
- After this, put mayonnaise on one side of the omelette, fold it, and serve to eat.
