Omelette To Paratha: Add A Mayonnaise Touch To Your Holi Breakfast Menu

Nowadays, mayonnaise is extensively eaten with momos, sandwiches, burgers, salads, grilled cheese etc. Especially children love recipes prepared with mayonnaise and therefore can be given at any time. There are very few days left for Holi, too, and you must be trying different recipes at home. Mayonnaise Pasta

Ingredients:

  1. Green vegetables - 1 cup chopped
  2. Green chilli - 2 finely chopped
  3. Salt - according to taste
  4. Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup
  5. Onion - 1/2 chopped
  6. Oregano - 1/2 tsp
  7. Cheese - 1 tsp 
  8. Garlic bud - 2
  9. Pasta - 1 cup
  10. Oil - 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. First of all, put water, pasta and salt in a vessel. Then, boil the pasta well and take it out.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add green chillies, green vegetables and cook.
  3. After the spices are cooked, put mayonnaise and pasta in the pan and cook for about 4 minutes.
  4. After five minutes, put oregano, cheese, cook on medium flame and turn off the gas.
  5. Now serve the mayonnaise pasta hot.

Mayonnaise Aloo Paratha

Ingredients:

  1. Green chilli - 2 finely chopped
  2. Asafoetida powder - a pinch
  3. Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  4. Salt - according to taste
  5. Coriander leaves - 2 tsp
  6. Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  7. Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup
  8. Potato - 3 boiled
  9. Flour - 4 cups

Method:

  1. First, add flour with a bit of salt and knead the dough with water.
  2. Take a vessel put boiled potatoes with other ingredients, and mix them well.
  3. Place the mayonnaise, prepared potato mixture, and roll it comfortably like a roti in the dough.
  4. After this, heat oil in a pan, put the roti, and fry well until it becomes golden.
  5. Now take it out on a plate and serve it with sabzi or chutney.

Mayonnaise Cheese Omelette

Ingredients:

  1. Coriander leaves-2 teaspoon
  2. Green chili-2 finely chopped
  3. Black pepper-1/2 teaspoon
  4. Mayonnaise-2 teaspoon
  5. Salt-according to taste
  6. Cabbage-1/3 cup
  7. Onion-1 chopped
  8. Eggs-4

Method:

  1. First of all, add cabbage, onion, green chilli, black pepper, salt and mix it well.
  2. In a vessel, break the egg and beat it well.
  3. Now put cheese in a pan, heat it, add the beaten egg, and cook it for one to two minutes.
  4. After two minutes, pour the vegetable mixture over the egg and cook it well by turning it upside down.
  5. After this, put mayonnaise on one side of the omelette, fold it, and serve to eat.
