* Chia Pudding
And overnight Chia pudding is one of the healthy snacks that one can have. It also takes just five minutes of pre-preparation and it is ready to be taken the next day to the office. One has to take a small jar and add some milk and two spoons of Chia seeds. The next day, the Chia seeds will be perfectly synthesised with the milk and ready to be added with different ingredients. In this mixture, one can add some fresh fruits, a little bit of honey, and some dry fruits. It has all the right amount of antioxidants and also is very light.
* Masala Roasted Makhana
Fox nuts are called makhanas in India and they are very light and crunchy as a snack. Instead of having chips, and other preservative-rich snacks, one should go for some dry roasted makhanas and sprinkle them with some salt, black pepper, and chaat masala for the flavour.
