Soaltee, one of the earliest Indo-Chinese eateries in Darjeeling, is the locals' preferred spot for momos. Soaltee is well-liked because it has consistently upheld its standards. This place has excellent momos compared to any other in Darjeeling, and the sauce that they offer is delicious.
With their juicy, minced meat and light, thin wraps, they are the most delicious in town. Although it's a hole in the wall, the food is tasty and warm.

Although getting to this restaurant requires a steep climb, the fresh and juicy momos are well worth the effort. The best part of this eatery is that everything is freshly cooked. The momos here are juicy when you bite into them. When discussing any momos, it's important to discuss the proper proportion of fat in the minced meat, the onions, and the skin's consistency, and here it is perfect. Kunga does a fantastic job of complementing the momos with their special sauce, a crucial accompaniment.

4. Penang Restaurant
It truly takes some searching to find the restaurant because it is hidden down a lane in Limbugaon, Darjeeling. Penang promises the most delicious momos in Darjeeling. They have the best momos made with beef and pork. They are made of chopped onions, fat, and red meat keema. The mixture is flavorful and perfectly proportioned. The dip made with tomatoes adds to the delicate harmony. It functions as if by magic.
