* Cheesy Masala Pav Sandwich
A cheesy masala sandwich is a proper Mumbai-style sandwich recipe in which one has to make a cutlet with the help of some boiled and mashed potatoes. This cutlet has to be pan-fried after being covered with some bread crumbs. Simultaneously, a person has to toast two paavs with some butter until they become properly crispy from the outside. Inside these two pavs, one has to carefully assort the potato patties along with some cheese, green chutney, and pieces of onions and tomatoes.
* Chickpea Pav Sandwich
A chickpea sandwich has a cutlet that is made from boiled chickpeas. The boiled chickpeas have to be mashed along with a little bit of spice and lime juice. Then make small cutlets out of this mixture and cook them in the air fryer or pan fry them. Carefully assort this cutlet in between the two pavs that have been toasted with butter. Also spread some green chutney, tamarind, chutney and chat masala before packing the sandwich together.

The Anda pav sandwich is perfect for people who like enjoying Indian flavours but would like to add protein to their sandwich. The anda pav sandwich is made scrambling eggs with lots of spices, lemon juice, and onions. This scrambled egg mixture is stuffed inside two pavs, along with some fresh tomatoes and onions. Add some green chutney and tomato chutney for that extra burst of flavour.
* Pav Cheese Sandwich
The Pav cheese sandwich is the perfect recipe for people who want their sandwiches to be extremely cheesy and not very spicy. To make these sandwiches at home, one has to simply layer the internal side of the pav with mayonnaise and add slices of paneer in between these two pavs. Now sprinkle some black pepper and salt on top and add a layer of mozzarella cheese before keeping the sandwich in the microwave. After two minutes, the sandwiches will be perfectly ready to be eaten.

A pav bhaji sandwich is a heavy-duty sandwich that is full of different flavours and spices. It is made by making a bhaji with pumpkin, tomatoes, chickpeas, and peas. One can also add any other vegetable that they would like to add to the mixture. Add lots of pav bhaji masala, red chilli powder, ginger, garlic and cumin seed powder. Finish off by adding lots of butter to give the bhaji a decadent texture. Stuff this bhaji inside the two pavs with lots of chopped tomatoes, onions, and lemon juice on top. Enjoy it with some mint and coriander chutney on the side.
* Vegetable Pav Sandwich
A vegetable pav sandwich is the perfect recipe for people who would like to enjoy a sandwich that tastes very fresh and crunchy. It is a great way to make young children eat vegetables. One has to simply cut healthy vegetables, such as cucumber, lettuce, tomatoes, and a few onions, into small circular pieces. Add some tandoori mayonnaise, green chutney, and chat masala, along with salt and black paper, into these vegetables before stuffing them inside two pavs that have already been tossed with a lot of butter. The soft pav combined with some fresh and crunchy vegetables is going to taste good.
