Kanji

Kanji is a traditional North Indian fermented drink. This drink is healthy thanks to the probiotics and is made with carrots. You can say this is an Indian version of Kombucha. The common ingredients to make kanji are beets, carrots, salt and chilli powder.

Ragi Ambali

This traditional South Indian beverage is a great way to boost your immunity in a delicious way. Ragi ambali is made with common ingredients such as ragi flour, spices and buttermilk.
