Turmeric Tea

Another drink which features haldi as the main ingredient. Unlike haldi doodh, turmeric chai traditionally doesn't include milk in it. It is quite easy to prepare with simple ingredients like turmeric, lemon juice and honey. It is one of the best ways to increase your immunity at home.


Kanji is a traditional North Indian fermented drink. This drink is healthy thanks to the probiotics and is made with carrots. You can say this is an Indian version of Kombucha. The common ingredients to make kanji are beets, carrots, salt and chilli powder.

Ragi Ambali

This traditional South Indian beverage is a great way to boost your immunity in a delicious way. Ragi ambali is made with common ingredients such as ragi flour, spices and buttermilk. It also has a cooling effect on our bodies. This beverage has been a staple in Asian centuries for ages. Although, it isn't exactly desi the consumption of green tea has increased so much over the last few years that including this wonderful beverage is a must when it comes to boosting immunity. Green tea is well-known for its immunity-boosting properties and it would be a no-brainer to start sipping on this popular drink. Simply drink a cup in the morning in place of your regular chai or coffee to get the best results.
