1. Mango Seed Mukhwas
A lot of times we end up discarding mango seeds after eating the fleshy part of the mango. But what we do not know is that these mango seeds are full of beneficial nutrients. The seeds help us fight acidity and also improve our digestive system. In this mango seed mukhwas recipe, you have to let the mango seeds dry for at least 10 to 15 days. Now chop the seed into thin slices after it's properly dried. In a pan, add some key and then add the chopped mango slices. Roast them until they are properly cooked and crispy. Lastly, add some pink salt and mix them well.
2. Broccoli stems chips
Broccoli has become extremely popular in India because of its high nutritional value and the antioxidants that it has. Although we do eat the flower of the broccoli, we end up throwing the broccoli stems. It is important to note that the broccoli stem contains as many nutrients as the flower of the broccoli. It is rich in vitamin A, vitamin C, potassium and folate. To make broccoli stem chips you can finely chop the broccoli stem. Coat the chopped broccoli stems with some olive oil, salt, paper, garlic powder and chilli powder. Mix this well and bake the stems in the microwave for 8 to 12 minutes. 3. Palak Stem Chutney
We make a lot of dishes from Palak, or spinach at our home. Spanish is very rich in vitamin A, vitamin B6, vitamin C, calcium, iron and magnesium. To make this Chutney, wash the spinach stems properly and chop them well. Now take a pan and add some oil, jeera and some garlic cloves to eat. Now add Palak stems on the top and let it cook for some minutes. Add the whole mixture to a blender on the top of the mixture. Add some curd, and salt and let it blend well. Your Chutney will be prepared in no time.
4. Potato Skin Chips
Potato skin is very nutritious and you can make super crispy chips out of it. The best part is that they're also gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan, so it is edible for most sections of society. You have to wash the potato skin very well and soak it in the water for 20 minutes. After letting it soak, let it dry for some time. Now coat these peels with olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake the peels at 200°C for 15 to 18 minutes until they get crispy. If you don't want to use a microwave, you can also just simply fry them.

5. Watermelon Rind Sabji
Most of you will be surprised to know that the rind part of the watermelon is also edible. It can be used in innumerable recipes but today we will teach you the easiest one. To make the sabji, you have to clean and chop the watermelon rind into small dices. In a pan, add some oil, jeera, and hing and let it cook for some time. Now add the diced watermelon rind pieces into the pan. It will soften after some time. Now add spices like turmeric, salt, chilli powder, and coriander leaves. You can also add some grated coconut if you like the flavour of it. Make sure that you mix everything well.

Banana is one such fruit that gets ripped very early. We often end up throwing a lot of bananas because they get over-ripe, and nobody wants to eat them. In this one-bowl recipe, you have to take some all-purpose flour, over-ripe bananas, chocolate chips, dried fruits, baking powder, baking soda, and some chopped nuts.
