Salt, soy sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, and freshly chopped cabbage, carrots, celery, and spring onions should all be added. Let it cook for a few more minutes, then serve it hot.

Bean And Chicken One-Pot Meal

One-pot meals are so good for rainy days, and this bean and chicken one is certainly a healthy choice for the rainy season. It has chicken, red kidney beans, and bean sprouts - all of which are high in protein. Having this one-pot meal keeps you warm and gives you energy during the monsoon without putting too much effort.

To make them, boil red kidney beans and set the water aside. Then, you have to roast the tomatoes and blend them until smooth. Sweet Corn Chicken Soup

Sweet Corn Chicken Soup is a healthy and warming meal. It's a great healthy meal for the monsoon because it has chicken, sweet corn and veggies. You have to wait for some time until the chicken stock comes to a boil, then add the sweet corn. In the warm chicken stock, don’t forget to add the cornflour and water mix. Let it cook for ten minutes, and then add the vegetables and shredded chicken. For a dose of extra protein, add a small stream of beaten egg while stirring all the time. Though optional, you can add vinegar and salt for a little twist before serving hot.
