We've all been in the situation when we wanted to have chilled ice cream but couldn't find anything but vanilla in our freezer and decided to order a different flavour online instead.  But wait, don't avoid that vanilla ice cream just yet; we've got five alternative ways you can utilize it to make it so delicious that you'll never ignore it again.

1.Vanilla Chocolate Sandwich

This is a popular delicacy that consists of vanilla ice cream sandwiched between two slices of biscuits or bread. You'll need two chocolate biscuits for this.  Simply spread a generous amount of vanilla ice cream over one biscuit, top with the other biscuit, and freeze for one or two hours before serving.  It'll taste amazing, and it'll be one of the easiest desserts you'll ever prepare at home with vanilla ice cream. If you don't want to use biscuits, you can substitute it with pieces of white bread; the flavour will be slightly different but still delicious.

 2.Coffee Ice-cream

If you don't want to mess around with biscuits or cookies, you can easily make coffee ice cream at home with only two or three ingredients. Simply take a bowl and fill it with vanilla ice cream. Mix the ice cream with a cup of hot black coffee.  You can also add a dash of vanilla extract and stir it in. With a hand blender or a manual whisk, whisk it until smooth, then refrigerate it.  You won't even need to add more sugar since the mix of sweet and bitter (from the coffee) will make it taste so excellent that you'll quit getting coffee ice cream from ice cream shops. You may garnish it with chopped walnuts and it would taste amazing.

 3.Mango Ice-cream

This is for all the mango lovers out there who will only order mango ice cream from the market.  Take a mango slice, chop it, and blend it with the vanilla ice cream in a blender. Place it in a bowl and let it sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before freezing it for five hours or overnight. To make it taste even better, add some dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, and raisins.

4. Vanilla Shake

This is one of the most straightforward ways to use vanilla ice cream. Simply place one or two scoops of plain vanilla ice cream in an electric blender, or more if you want it thicker. In a blender, combine one glass of milk and a pinch of vanilla extract. Pour it into a large glass after mixing it on high speed.  It should be topped with whipped cream and garnished with chopped strawberries or cherries. You can also top it with chocolate syrup or chocolate shavings if you want. Chill before serving. This shake is a popular choice among many people
