World cuisine is the main focus of the 74 dishes on the menu. Its highlights include European, Asian, Turkish, and Italian cuisine. Colab 2.0
The neighbourhood-focused coffee shop, Colab Coffee, has launched its second location in the city in Deshapriya Park. Along with speciality Neapolitan pizzas, produce-forward snacks, and fragrant coffee, raw decor aesthetics blend with sustainability. Sustainability is the main aim of Vinay Manglani and partner Natasha Suri's second café endeavour after Marbella's. Vinay's goal is to delve deeper into the world of coffee with artisanal brews, while Natasha has been responsible for the cafe's decor, which has a fine aesthetic sensibility straight from the entry. From the salad section, go for the Modern Caprese Salad, which is laden with bocconcini cheese balls and juicy cherry tomatoes swirled in a tangy balsamic vinegar and pesto sauce. A classic pepperoni pizza is a Naples-style pizza created with homemade dough and a tried-and-true topping of mozzarella, tomato, pork salami, and basil. You'll be astounded. Items like Profiterole, a bite-sized French choux pastry ball with mascarpone cheese, whipped cream, chocolate, and strawberry on top, serve as indicators of the cafe's baking standards.
