Ingredients

  • 2 ounces light rum 
  • 1 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed 
  • 3/4-ounce demerara sugar syrup 

Method 

  • Add the rum, lime juice and sugar syrup to a shaker filled with ice. 
  • Shake well until chilled. 
  • Double strain through fine mesh strainer into a glass. Enjoy. 

Pina Colada 


Ingredients 

  • 2 ounces light rum 
  • 1 1/2 ounces cream of coconut 
  • 1 1/2 ounces pineapple juice 

Method

  • Add the rum, cream of coconut and pineapple juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. 
  • Shake vigorously until well chilled. 
  • Strain into a chilled glass over pebble ice. Enjoy. 

Dark ‘N’ Stormy 

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces rum 
  • 1/2-ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed 
  • Ginger beer, to top

Method

  • Add rum and lime juice to a cocktail glass filed with ice. 
  • Top it with ginger beer. Serve immediately. 

Cuba Libre 

Ingredients 

  • 2 ounces rum 
  • 1 lime wedge 
  • Coca-Cola, to top

Method

  • Fill a cocktail glass with ice cubes and add the rum. 
  • Squeeze in the juice from 1/4 of the lime and drop in the spent peel. 
  • Top with the Coca-Cola, then give a gentle stir. Serve chilled. 

Rum Punch 

Ingredients 

  • 1 1/4 ounces light rum 
  • 2 ounces pineapple juice

Method 

  • Add rum, pineapple and orange into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. 
  • Shake well until chilled.
